RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At The Flower Bloom Studio, we take great pride in the quality, freshness, and beauty of our floral designs and gift items. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we strive to make sure every product leaves our studio in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we have a few important guidelines for returns and refunds.

Fresh Flower Arrangements & Custom Floral Orders

Because flowers are perishable and custom-designed, we do not accept returns on fresh floral arrangements once delivered or picked up.

However, if there is a concern with your order (e.g., damage during delivery, quality issues, or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers. We may offer one of the following, at our discretion:

  • A replacement arrangement

  • A partial or full refund

  • A store credit for future use

To qualify, please provide your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Non-Perishable Products (Candles, Reed Diffusers, Gifts)

We accept returns on unused, unopened non-perishable items within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

Return Requirements:

  • Item(s) must be in original packaging and unused

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund or store credit within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

  • Retail Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time to receive a full refund.

  • Event & Wedding Bookings: Cancellations are governed by the terms of your signed floral service agreement and may involve non-refundable deposits or fees.

Flower Truck Rentals & Event Services

All bookings for our flower truck or event services are subject to a separate service agreement. Deposits for flower truck rentals are non-refundable but may be transferable depending on availability. Please refer to your event contract or contact us directly for clarification.

How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

  • Your name and order number

  • A description of the issue or reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)
