Local Delivery Areas & Timing

Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed by 4:00 PM EST, Tuesday through Friday and  3:00 PM EST, Saturday.

Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may be delivered the next business day.

Sunday Delivery: Limited availability for pre-scheduled events or holidays only. Please call to confirm delivery fees.

Local delivery fees start at $25.00 and vary based on distance from our studio.

Delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.

For bulk or event orders, delivery fees will be quoted separately.

Shipping for Non-Perishable Items

We locally deliver non-perishable items such as gift items, merchandise, dried flowers, and floral accessories in the DC Metro area.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days or less

Estimated Delivery Time: Same as above depending on location

Delivery Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination

Order Issues & Missed Deliveries

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe place or with a neighbor (when possible), and notify you by phone or email.

If we’re unable to complete delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.

For business addresses, we ensure delivery within normal business hours.

Holiday Shipping & Peak Times

Please place your order early during major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.). Delivery windows may be extended due to high demand. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times during peak periods.

Custom & Event Orders

Large or custom floral orders (e.g., weddings, corporate events) require 3–7 days’ notice and may include special delivery terms. We’ll confirm all logistics with you upon booking.

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of fresh, beautiful blooms. If your order arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
