Wine Shipping & Delivery Policy (Virginia)

At The Flower Bloom Studio, we are proud to offer a curated selection of wine, champagne, and specialty beverages to complement our floral designs. Due to state regulations, all alcohol sales and deliveries are subject to the following policies:

Age Verification Requirement

All wine purchases require the recipient to be 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of delivery.
We are unable to leave alcohol unattended or with anyone under the legal drinking age.

Local Delivery Only (Virginia)

Alcohol sales are currently available for local delivery within the state of Virginia only. We do not ship wine via standard carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) at this time.

Delivery Guidelines

• Wine must be purchased in conjunction with a floral arrangement or gift order
• Deliveries are completed by The Flower Bloom Studio team or approved delivery partners
• The recipient must be present to accept the delivery and provide ID
• If no eligible recipient is available, the order will be returned and redelivery fees may apply

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to age verification or recipient unavailability:

• The order will be returned to the shop
• A redelivery fee will be required
• Refunds will not be issued for alcohol products once dispatched

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Alcohol orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been prepared for delivery. Please ensure all recipient details are accurate at checkout.

Compliance with Virginia Law

All alcohol sales are conducted in accordance with Virginia ABC regulations. The Flower Bloom Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any alcohol order that does not meet legal or safety requirements.
